Prior to Disney, Bruce founded Egg Haus, a product design firm in San Francisco, empowering Bay Area and Silicon Valley technology companies with tailored solutions and talent augmentation for native software engineering and design.

As an educator, Bruce served as a Mentor at Stanford d.school, and as an Adjunct Instructor at San Francisco State University.
